Slow Down.  Listen. Breathe
 Friends,

Some days I have no words for the crazy of the world, some days so many.  How are you really doing with it all?  I am finding that from time to time, my own softness dwindles into madness and I secretly wish I could close the door and roll up under the covers and not move.  I want to, for a few hours, forget that this pandemic is on and altering our lives away from the comfort of what we know and is telling us to prepare for a new normal.  

New normal sounds so off.  Like I had normal, ever!  I know in the past I have tried for normal, that has never really worked out as the tide shifts, so do all the moments of your life.   What was good, can sour.  What is loved, gets lost.... or not?   That is normal.  The only way to live as I have fearlessly learned  throughout the years is to just allow what is coming to come along, it is neither good nor bad, it just is.  With this passage you learn that the only one responsible for your happiness is you. This way depending on others or situations to make you happy is no longer how you manifest happiness.  Which means that it is here to stay.  Regardless of what is happening out there.

I invite you to join me in practice.  Creating space and movement through the greatest peace maker and healer out there, your breath and your movement.  You can join me in booking an individual practice by selecting one of the classes under the header "choose a service to schedule" below.  It will take you into a screen which will take your information.  From there you can sign in to any class you would like to participate in by clicking on the headers in the class descriptions below. 

The Schedule for online classes while in quarantine are as follows;

Monday 9am -  Gentle movement with deep opening      Monday 7pm - Block Therapy 60 min
Tuesday 9:30 - Block Therapy 90 min                                   Tuesday 7pm - Yin Restorative 
Wednesday 9am - Yin Restorative                                         Wednesday 7pm- Restorative practice with meditation
Thursday 9am - Gentle movement with deep opening     Thursday 7pm - Yin Restorative
Friday 9:30am - Block Therapy 90 min                                  Friday 7pm - Restorative practice with meditation


Class passes are 10 for $147 - e-transfer at tallyyoungyoga@gmail.com

Below are the costs for semi private and private sessions, they will begin again when the quarantine is over.

Private - $84  If you want to book a series of privates, the price will reflect that.  Contact me for details
